The General Meeting will be held on

Lower Level, Theater Entrance - Room C/D
We are pleased to invite you, our valued members, to the Friends of the Huntington Beach Public Library's General Membership Meeting. We’ll share highlights from the past year, provide updates on current initiatives, and take time for questions and conversation. Brunch and refreshments will be served. Join us as we celebrate our members and volunteers while looking forward to what’s ahead. It’s a great opportunity to connect with fellow Friends and hear how your support is making a difference.
In advance of the Meeting, Friends Members will vote to approve the Nominating Committee's recommended slate of three candidates to serve a 3-year term for the Friends of the Huntington Beach Public Library Board of Directors.
Online voting will take place July 6–12, with ballots arriving by email on July 6. Members may also vote in person at the General Membership Meeting on July 13.
We encourage all members to participate in this important process as we elect the Board of Directors who will help guide the Friends in the coming year.
